Hi RWood, Thanks for showing us how to do this. With all your great pictures, it looks easy enough. Problem is, I can't find the parts you used. My Lowes doesn't have them and all the other 18" fixtures have too big a balast. Could you specify the actual brands you used? Maybe I can order them online. Thanks
